they wont do my taxes because i only did 2022 with them and they will only assist people who did 2023 taxes with them! guess companies really do make too much money these days! gonna find a new place where they dont make up weird rules and get my family to use someone else as this doesnt make sense and they couldnt even give me a reason just keep saying "as per website we only help people who did 2023 with us! poor service not impressed!
