Great reliable service! My Law offices signed our first contract with Improcom in 2002, since that time we are Improcom's customers. I love all the features and possibilities Improcom provides us with. Improcom has been handling the VoIP for my Physical Therapy practice for the past two years and it's been absolutely a breeze. From voicemail forwarding and dictation, to faxing, it's been really top notch. Highly recommend, great customer service when needed!

I've had a small business VOIP system for 24 years and switched service to Improcom in 2012 when Time Warner terminated it's small business division. It is a decision I will never regret Improcom has been a tremendous and reliable communication business partner.
