So today was my first time going to imprint I didn’t know what to expect but I had an amazing experience. My masseuse was very knowledgeable. It gave me a lot of tips that I could use before and after the gym I definitely will be scheduling another massage in the next two weeks highly recommend recommended.
As a spa owner, finding the right massage therapist is harder than you think. Elisa is an amazing massage therapist. I did a 90 min massage with her and I left floating! I was suffering from some calf pain & jaw pain and all the tension literally melted off of me by the end of the session. Her pressure was also perfect for me, I like a lighter pressure but her pressure was light enough where I was fully relaxed but enough to get my knots out. I found IMPRINT Body Work through a google search and I am So glad I went. I’m a touring theatre actress and was dealing with some pretty intense muscle tension from the physical demands of the show. Elisa took the time to really understand what I was feeling and why it was happening. By the end of my hour session, the pull in my psoas had released and my lower back and hips had relaxed so much.
