I wish I could say that I even got a chance to experience their services. I arrived for my daughter's new patient appointment and was told that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. Even after showing my confirmation email that was no attempt at customer service to accommodate the patient. I understand that mistakes happen but it's how a practice handles them that truly shows their level of professionalism. They provide excellent service, are professional and good at what they do. My son has ASD, and although it takes time, Dad and I see a difference cognitively, physically and verbally in our son. And for that, we Thank-you!
