Where do I begin. I was a year behind on my taxes and filed at the 25th hour with Impress Tax Services. Despite all of that, Bria Harris rolled up her sleeves and squared me away. Don't play with "Mrs. Make It Happen" aka Bria Harris at Impress Tax Services. If I could give her 10 Stars, I certainly would. She's a dedicated professional, that's highly skilled at her craft.

Very unprofessional and unreliable tax service. I had a simple tax situation, yet my return was never filed and I did not receive my refund through this service. I followed up multiple times with Bria over the course of several days and was repeatedly given promised timelines that were never met.
