This was definitely the best moving company ever i will never take another one. Respectful polite and honest I loved my movers thank u guys for everything we really appreciate it
We chose this company because they were the most reasonably priced for our budget to move from Northern VA to Florida. We had them disassemble and reassemble a bunk bed and 2 cribs and then move everything that we had packed up. We did not have anything damaged or lost . The movers on the loading end and the unloading end were friendly and efficient. We also did not have any extra surprise fees.
I had an amazing experience with my move from Brooklyn to Florida. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly helpful. Melissa kept in constant communication, ensuring I received the best rate possible. The movers arrived on time and were very attentive while packing my belongings. I took my chance with this company and I should not have. I don't know if they have multiple administrators and I just got unlucky, or if Melissa is the only administrator for this moving company but I did not have a good experience with her. She was unresponsive to my emails. I specifically said I can't communicate over the phone because I am traveling overseas. I had impress movers moved my furniture nd personal belongings over a year ago; from the after they moved my belongings i noticed broken bd damaged things; I called the company nd wad told by their receptionist that they'd send a claim form to me but i wasn't to send it in until i was finished unpacking. I am a disabled individual living aline; so I had to unpack as i could: ( which the secretary was aware of.
