Worst service for first time...the receptionist or lady secretary is very rude and I had good experience with them.from last two yrs...but today she was rude and they changed the way of filing...and now takes week to file taxes ...so if I am.paying I want to do it rightaway...and it's very simple file...no business taxes or like that ....
they do not accept new clients! why have your info online if you dont want new clients! is this a new thing i havent heard of? second place that says that this year.

Extremely rude crazy lady answering the phone. I think she’s the owner. With all the choices we have nowadays with fast service all done online, these crazy boomers still operating makes no sense.
Been client Min 20+ years. Parents, In-laws..etc. Excellent accounting. Detailed work, all situations and questions are handled in a friendly manner.
