Extremely rude crazy lady answering the phone. I think she’s the owner. With all the choices we have nowadays with fast service all done online, these crazy boomers still operating makes no sense.
Been client Min 20+ years. Parents, In-laws..etc. Excellent accounting. Detailed work, all situations and questions are handled in a friendly manner.

I’ll keep this short after wasting my time 3 times on having my basic taxes done….even if a paper has the wrong date put it back in the pile don’t sit there and complain make sure the dates are right then continue, if you’re missing something call you’re clients. Maximum time to hold someone’s tax passers is 2 weeks not 6-8 . Next year I definitely won’t be back. Next year I will have to get my new tax person to go over everything you did considering you can’t read a paper that says school registration- reg .
Marie was personable and efficient. Her projections were accurate and the rates were reasonable.
