My Gaggia anima prestige is less than one year old and now has to be returned for warranty repair. Me, the customer, has to pay for shipping both ways. Careful what you buy, this is not much of a warranty. Zero stars.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 6 month in and my machine isn’t fixed I have no idea if and when it’ll be fixed and I had to go through hoops just to get them to acknowledge they need fix it under warranty They even wanted to have me sue the shipping company they set up to get a refund and avoid responsibility If you buy any of these machine be warned you don’t really have a warranty: Gaggia, ROK, Ceado, Handpresso, Teaposy, Lavazza and Filicori Zecchini Coffees They are Gaggia North America

this company its a joke.# times they tried to repair same machine for same problem and still cant figure out warranty repair.Now- they simply dont answer the phones or emails.

I had trouble with service door opening after grinding right from the beginning. Contacted Importika and within a few hours Shawna responded to my Email and send me a new brewing unit that solved the problem. Excellent Customer Service and very pleasant to deal with.
