Had a very enjoyable afternoon selecting flooring, grout colours, benchtops, etc with Annie at the Myaree store. Not normally my forte by any means so I was pretty out of my depth, but Annie was able to put me at ease and guide me through different options while being conscious of our budget. Annie was very patient and had great suggestions. I’ve now got a great look for our new place with a lot of complementary colours and highlights. Highly recommended.
Annie is such a wonderful sales person with all her experience and design knowledge to assist in your choices. Highly recommend this service. Thanks so much Annie and Imported Ceramics Myaree.
Great pre-sale service, terrible after sale service. Employee at Myaree store did not show up for 9am open time, waited 15 minutes then left. Had to turn away my tiler and rebook job. Tried to return 2 x unopened bags of grout that was sold to me when I purchased the tiles but didn’t match, and was refused refund… same employee just shrugged her shoulders at me, twice, when I questioned why?! The grout was not cheap.
So helpful. Took all my colours and spent quite a while choosing my tiles with added expert advice and suggestions now have two wonderfull bathrooms.
