Wonderful experience at this furniture store! The selection is wide and stylish, with high-quality pieces that fit perfectly in my home. I purchased a coffee table and a bookshelf, both sturdy and beautifully finished. The staff were friendly, attentive, and offered helpful advice without being pushy. Delivery was smooth and on time. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for reliable and stylish furniture.
I needed some inexpensive dining room chairs for the holidays. These did the trick. I did have to spray paint them black. They come matte black. I'll probably reupholster them later. The price was excellent.
I am very upset. I recently purchased a bed set here and I explicitly asked several times are the beds new. Have they been refurbished? The lady told me no they are new. They were wrapped in plastic and I could not see the bed tags. Some beds did not even have any. Listening to the woman that worked there, once i got home and was able to unwrap the plastic, there was the yellow refurbished tag torn off but a slight piece was still stuck there which screams deceitful retail store. The frame for my queen size bed literally broke within the first week. Whatever, it’s an outlet store so I expected the quality of the material to be cheap. I’m leaving 1 star because it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t gotten any updates on a replacement. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
