The frame for my queen size bed literally broke within the first week. Whatever, it’s an outlet store so I expected the quality of the material to be cheap. I’m leaving 1 star because it’s been three weeks and I still haven’t gotten any updates on a replacement. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
Our experience with Import Furniture Outlet was 5 star. We were greeted on arrival, but we were able to browse at our own pace without pressure. We found a beautiful, comfortable sofa. The price was right and delivery went well. I will definitely be back!
First time I have been in there and I ended up buying two mattresses and two box springs they were really friendly in there and showed me everything that I was looking for and plan on going back to maybe buy a dresser and a vanity
