I have been seeing Sofia for a few years now. I am an aging Triathlete who does not recover as well as I used to. Her therapy has helped me to stay injury free and for those injuries that do come with training she has been instrumental in my recovery. What Physical Therapy and surgery cannot do Sofia fills that gap

I am LOVING Fascia Foundations. I do the morning and evening stretch pretty much daily, but I the Superficial Front Net is my favorite since I work hunched over my computer most days and it opens up my chest so much. With being postpartum, any kind of movement has been so hard to get back into and even though I don’t always follow up a stretch with lifting weights, it feels good to be able to do SOMETHING and to not have to come up with it myself or randomly search for something on YouTube.

This is a simple and straightforward set of guided stretches that take anywhere from 5-20 minutes to do. I have been able to easily add them in to my mornings or afternoons and always feel the benefits when I do them. Sophia is a great coach and gives lots of good information along with each set.

Sophia has invested in my well being for over five years. I cannot emphasize enough how much she has helped me by focusing on her craft to heal, encourage and educate. She is dedicated to training and learning her field to ensure her clients receive the best possible care over time. FST stretching has truly changed my outlook on health and Sophia has created that opportunity for all of her clients.

Jennifer was excellent! She made me feel so much better after my prenatal session. I also haven’t had this good of posture in years! 10/10 would recommend!
