I’ve been working with Eric Simoes for awhile now trying to get a lower lending rate. He was very easy to work with and had an understanding of the market. I had quite a few questions and always got a satisfying answer. I also needed the refi to be in a particular way. Eric was able to guide me through the entire thing.
