Good service for the most part. The guys usually on the tills are very patient and helpful.. however I just want to point out for the manager/owner's attention that the forklift driver that usually loads the timber is going to hurt someone really bad with his dangerous manoeuvring of the machine. The workers outside don't seem to be bothered about it either. The man spins the machine like robot wars. Someone needs to have a word please. Thank you.
Very poor customer service. I called to request a delivery, and the person on the phone simply said, “We’re fully booked until Monday” — almost a week later. I asked if I could pay extra for a special delivery or if they had a “van and man” service available nearby (which I had previously used), but the response was rude and dismissive: “Do you understand?
