Terrible! Absolutely terrible! I do not recommend
How can a tax service call themselves legit when they commit tax fraud themselves. Beware of this company. Shady practices & they themself have a history of being audited for potential fraud. It’s coming again this year. As things progress please feel to follow … if you would like details of this feel free to reach out! The IRS is really friendly with sharing fraud. Or just reach out to me via e mail I will fill you in on all details. I can direct you to the entire law suit.
My wife and I went here for years, up until this year. We have had a family emergency and have been in the ICU for the past two weeks, and unfortunately we couldn’t reach out until early April. When they finally did call us back, they were extremely rude and belittled my wife on the phone. Maybe we should have reached out in February, but to have a man be rude, belligerent and aggressive on the phone with someone going through an emergency is beyond disgusting.
I've been going here for two years and both times has been absolutely amazing they are very understanding and they will try their best to get you the most possible refund and not only that you can always call year around if you have any questions I really feel like I'm treated like family there and on top that all that is wrapped up with very affordable pricing.
