I had spent 15 months trying to get a refi for my house, 7 months with one company and 8 months with another. The process was going nowhere despide my best efforts. No results, just frustration. Called Imperial Mortgage to assist with obtaining a loan. The staff is incompetent and emotional that they cannot get past their own feelings to assist you. This is loans and mortgages not therapy. The original staff member could not complete the loan process and when we asked to work with someone else, they said we weren't a good match for them. Awesome..apparently they make enough money to treat their customers like trash. Probably all related. We'll take our business elsewhere.
