We received our couches on Friday and couldn’t be happier. Rick was an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. He walked us through his warehouse, taking the time to explain the different firmness levels and couch heights. After we shared a few reference images, he created the most comfortable armchairs and couch for us. We are extremely pleased with the quality of his work.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality and affordable custom made furniture that is Australian made. Rick was amazing to deal with, Service was excellent quick turnaround and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve had four pieces made by Imperial Lounges and recently had a bed that I had made over 10 years ago reupholstered as the quality was too good to replace.
18 years ago we bought a couch from Imperial Lounges for our first apartment. We still have it, and it virtually still looks new even after so many years.
