What can i say The service and the lovely team friendly as. They made us a beautiful lounge last year. And I asked them to make it hard seats. And after one year wasn’t happy and not comfortable. I called the owner and ask to change it to softer and i was able to pay the difference. He told me no problem n they fixed very well with no change at all I was so surprised honestly. What a gentleman and what a service. Tnx so much. The best.
5 stars are not enough to describe how amazing these guys are. Rick has been amazing man to work with. Very genuine, honest and very professional. Will always contact Rick in future too and recommend him if you are looking for renovation. 👍👍

What a great experience! We had a 3 seater sofa made in a Zepel fabric. Great advice, great service. Throughout the whole process Rick and Ali were just amazing! So patient with all my requests and questions. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again guys! We will be back.
If I could give 100 stars I would! From start to finish it has been the best experience. Rick, you have been amazing. So helpful, honest, genuine & have such quality workmanship! Rick and his team refurbished our whole couch, even customising changes I wanted and it is a brand new couch! It’s beyond amazing! The quality is 1000% customer service 1000% workmanship 1000% I highly recommend imperial lounges to everyone. They don’t disappoint!! Thanks again. Couldn’t be happier :) it’s so perfect!!!!
