I usually use Uber black for my car service needs but lately I have been getting really bad service from them. So I decided to go with a more upscale black car service. I scheduled Imperial Limo for an airport transfer from Manhattan to EWR. I was very satisfied with the service, the cost is about 30% more than the Uber black that I usually use but it was definitely worth it. I recently used this limo service for my niece’s sweet 16. Everything from start to finish was flawless. The driver Jon was a gentleman and my niece and her friends had an awesome time being driven around NYC. The team at Imperial are phenomenal and made me feel very safe and comfortable with choosing them. If I need any black car service in the future I will definitely be using Imperial Limo going forward. Highly recommended!
