The bar girl was nice and friendly, you have to order your meals from the kitchen and the staff need some training in hospitality
I had a fantastic stay at the Pattington Imperial Hotel and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect — within easy walking distance of the famous Oxford Street nightlife and surrounded by the incredible boutique shopping and atmosphere of Paddington. The rooms are gorgeous, beautifully presented, and very well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Don’t understand why the staff have to be so rude every time
food (nachos+arancini) was inedible do not eat here. nice bathrooms though
