I’m sharing my experience so prospective customers can make an informed decision. I was advised, and the delivery timeframe was advertised, as early November. This did not occur. I subsequently cancelled the order and requested a full refund. The company refused to provide a full refund and instead sought to impose various deductions that I had not agreed to. Ordered a couch for the workplace, and was told the colour was not available. Offered a different colour. I asked if there is a waiting time for the original colour as we don't want the one offered. I have been waiting almost a month for a reply. I have sent two emails and both asked for a refund and update. I have tried calling it tells me the message bank is full. I am now concerned this is a total scam and will be going to the ombudsman.

I purchased the Monarch Chesterfield Sofa Set Velvet 3+2+Arm Chair Black, 1 year into it they become a wobbly and I had to tighten the legs. 3 years in and the frame of the 2 seater snapped! Not worth it!
