Do not purchase from this company! I purchased the 3 piece chesterfield sofa and in less than 2 months the two seater and three seater are faulty and sag in the centre. I initially complained and they refused a refund- breaching the Australian consumer laws. They then offered an exchange only and in that very same email, told me that they have never had complaints and that I just have unrealistic expectations! Then I come here and see these reviews.
