Ordered a couch for the workplace, and was told the colour was not available. Offered a different colour. I asked if there is a waiting time for the original colour as we don't want the one offered. I have been waiting almost a month for a reply. I have sent two emails and both asked for a refund and update. I have tried calling it tells me the message bank is full. I am now concerned this is a total scam and will be going to the ombudsman.

I purchased the Monarch Chesterfield Sofa Set Velvet 3+2+Arm Chair Black, 1 year into it they become a wobbly and I had to tighten the legs. 3 years in and the frame of the 2 seater snapped! Not worth it!

The driver was also extremely helpful, with excellent communication and accurate arrival time, which made the whole process even easier. The furniture arrived exactly as described, and the pricing was fair compared to other stores I checked. The bed is gorgeous—thank you!
