Here is my review to date with Imperial. I hired this company to pick up a car in Kelowna and deliver it to Toronto, pick up was completed on July 16th. The dispatcher told me on the 21st that the car was going to be delivered in two days, and I was to pay the balance. As any good customer I stupidly paid the balance. The company knew I needed the car delivered by the 23rd as I was going out of town for two weeks.
