Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I had an extremely poor experience with this solicitor and their team. We spoke directly just yesterday, they personally reviewed the contract, negotiated terms, and I signed a property contract that same night based on their advice. I strongly advise against using Imperial Conveyancing. During a property sale, Sukhbir collected rent from a tenanted property without any legal entitlement and have failed to return the funds. This behaviour is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their integrity and trustworthiness as a conveyancer. Extremely disappointing and not a firm I would recommend under any circumstances.
We purchased a land and before signing agreement, they did not inform that there is a sewage manhole at the back of my land, not even warned me about it. Even I specifically asked and he said, no there is nothing and its all good. Only when there is landscapping work started, I came to know abt it. Thats what your primary job is. if there is any such thing, you should inform the client abt it. I dont know why you put me into this trouble. I will never take any service from you in future
