Updated Dec'24: I haven't purchased in over a year. I had multiple incorrect orders delivered, and 3-consecutive orders were cancelled on me within operating hours. No explanation. The last time, they asked me if I would be okay with delivery the next day, with 2hrs left in their day. I said no and was told, too bad they're going home early. Excellent service, very accommodating hen a change needed to be made. Definately a repeat customer here.
Used to order frequently but stopped a couple years ago due to inconsistent delievery windows and poor communication. Ordered again tonight 3 hours before closing and they failed to deliver offering tomorrow instead in an email. Cancelled the order. Don't say same day if your not, or at least put a 'cut off time' clearly on the website. Cancelled my order and won't be back.
I ordered 24hrs ago still haven't gotten it, now I'm asking for a refund and they keep hanging up. Horrible customer service and they won't refund me so DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
