Schedule transportation and was told there is a 50.00 fee to sign out from a facility. Baylor and Kelsey says there no such thing a fee to be signed out of facility. Unethical practices from this company.
Excellent service!
Professional, affordable, friendly, and helpful. They called to let me know they were on the way, which I appreciated. I was told I would be ready to leave the surgical center by 3 pm, but wasn't ready until 6 pm. They were considerate and gracious about the time discrepancy. They even texted me the next day to check on me. It's the personal touches that make the difference. Highly recommend.
