Excellent service!
Professional, affordable, friendly, and helpful. They called to let me know they were on the way, which I appreciated. I was told I would be ready to leave the surgical center by 3 pm, but wasn't ready until 6 pm. They were considerate and gracious about the time discrepancy. They even texted me the next day to check on me. It's the personal touches that make the difference. Highly recommend.
If I could leave a negative star, I would! I called - “leave a message” because they do NOT answer the phone. She did call me back this time and we set up a ride for my biopsy. She said an email would arrive in a couple of days. No email ever came. I called a couple of days before my procedure - she still does not answer her phone . . . I left a message. No call back!
