Connor is amazing and so knowledgeable with every injury and recovery plan. The day after I saw him I had no pain or tightness, and could run again to the best of my ability. Highly recommend.
Connor has kept my body in great shape for heavy training weeks in preparation for marathons and triathlon training. With lots of kilometres during training Connors manual therapy allows me to stay on top of any niggles! The assistance of his strength training and rehabilitation programs have also been a game changer, allowing me to chase my triathlon dreams whilst battling a bad hip injury!
Connor is an exceptionally knowledgeable and caring professional who is my go-to myotherapist whenever I experience a setback with my body. I always feel like I’m making progress after each visit and receive excellent guidance in rehabilitating my injuries. I highly recommend Connor!
