I was helped by the owner. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Took the stress out of an accident situation, and helped me to relax. Came in for massage therapy♀️ Helped me work on my neck, shoulder and back. I got some stretches and exercises to work on at home, He showed me the movement and took the time to explain why its necessary and what it will continue to help me with.
