I was just looking up these apartments for somebody else in the community. I stayed there one year ago. I had a beautiful experience at the Maple Ave., Apartments I rented a two bedroom apartment perfect for myself and my son. It served its purpose. It was clean. It was quite cute little property. If the I didn't remove all the stars you wouldn't believe me. Not a healthy place for me. Boiler lines leaked at the radiator in my apartment. I have very bad allergies to many things and a mold is the worst. Two different Physicians said I should not stay in that housing "IN WRITING". I ended up staying in motels the last 2 months was there. I had breathing problems for about a year after I moved. I discarded most of my furniture to avoid taking the mold with me.
