I had my first Physio session at the beginning of the week and Steven was really good, professional, thorough and helpful. He relieved my ongoing shoulder issues and even gave me some home exercises to do to maintain better movement and even advised that with the work that he has done, that I shouldn't have to come back in - it's been a few days later and I've gone back to working out intensely and there is no strain or stiffness during or after my sessions, my first visit and it was a very successful one! Impact has been amazing for me, Steven was helping me throughout, and I have noticed the pain has eased up, with my exercises. I have seen so much more progress since coming to him!!

I was given a range of exercises to do which has help my symptoms and has relieved some of my pain.
Easy to get to once you know where you’re going. My physio (Julie) was brilliant. Still have pain and a few issues. But feeling better and achieved better movement after her help
