Bob Griffin and the team at Impact have been a great help in dealing with sudden onset arthritis and muscle issues. I was able to quickly get in for assessment and therapy, which provided significant relief. They all provided personalized, thoughtful thinking and therapy. I will keep using them as I get older to help me learn more protective exercises I should have started years ago.
After I fractured my foot, I needed to have a screw surgically put in. My daughter highly recommended that I see Bob Griffin at Impact PT. Bob was her therapist after a knee surgery. I am soooo glad I went to see Bob! Being immobilized for 8 weeks in a soft cast then a boot, Bob greatly helped me improve strength and range of motion in my foot with his exercise plan and stretches.
