Being forced into a situation that demanded immediate and prolonged physical therapy, i was able to experience 5 different places in berks in just a 2 years so believe me when I say this review is based on the contrast to others. This particular place was so amazing that it actually made me consider the startlingly injustice all the previous therapists had done in a critical time of recovery after a stroke. Its a shame I hadn't found them sooner into the initial rehabilitation .
Cole goes above and beyond to listen to you and to help you feel better. My husband, daughter, and I all have used him for rehabilitation and could not have been happier with our care and our progress. I highly recommend him.
I FINALLY found where I need to be! Cole and Jason did not see me as "just another patient." It was evident right from the start that they they cared about me as a person, my history of physical challenges, and were highly committed to getting me well. I was "seen" and "heard" and "cared for". (No more dismissive doctors!) With their one-on-one appointments and attention, I improved greatly under their care and expertise. Impact Physical Therapy is my forever PT home!
Dr. Cole is amazing! He took time to really listen to everything I was experiencing with my dizziness. He was able to come up with a treatment plan that resulted in quick results. Highly recommend!

At this practice you will find 2 of the finest, most skilled and caring therapists who will work one-on-one with you: Dr. Cole Chamberlin (owner) and Jason Barber. I had separate appointments with both Cole and Jason to help with my leg & mobility issues. In no time, there was significant improvement! You'll enjoy meeting Cole, Jason, and Kat, who is an awesome Office Manager. They are an unbeatable team!
