Pete and Impact Northwest were great to work with! He helped us customize options for our softball teams, and all the players and families were extremely pleased with their purchases. High quality materials and printing, great communication, quick turn around time, and overall exactly what we wanted! I worked with Pete at Impact NW on a promotional project and it was a great experience from start to finish. He made sure I understood all the product options and kept everything at a reasonable price. No pressure, just straightforward and easy to work with. We have used Impact NW for our company merchandise for both screen printing and embroidery, for T-shirts, sweatshirts, pens, etc. Pete has gone above and beyond for us when it comes to finding just the right product and making sure that we get exactly what we need on time. The graphics always look top notch and the process for approving the artwork is seamless and easy. I will use Pete and his team every time.
