I worked with Pete at Impact NW on a promotional project and it was a great experience from start to finish. He made sure I understood all the product options and kept everything at a reasonable price. No pressure, just straightforward and easy to work with. We have used Impact NW for our company merchandise for both screen printing and embroidery, for T-shirts, sweatshirts, pens, etc. Pete has gone above and beyond for us when it comes to finding just the right product and making sure that we get exactly what we need on time. The graphics always look top notch and the process for approving the artwork is seamless and easy. I will use Pete and his team every time.
