Brooke is amazing! She really listened to my concerns, helped identify target areas, and really focused on those throughout the session. I left feeling amazing and continue to reap the benefits of that session. She also recommended things I could do at home for longer relief, which I really appreciated!
I want to leave an honest review because I think part of the reason I was so disappointed was the reviews were so good. As a whole the service felt a little unorganized and unprepared. I asked if there was an intake I needed to fill out when I arrived and the response was asking if it was my first time there. Portions felt rushed and I could feel myself tensing up/jumping which wasn't helping the cause. I did have to mention the pressure was painful for me a couple of times.
