Updating my prior review in 2025 to call out Kari - she was so friendly and skilled and strong! The deep tissue massage from her was exactly what I needed that day for particularly problematic areas. Kari is so great!! (older review-->Amazing massage from Louis today - I was so lucky to get a same day appt with someone skilled and strong after some stressful weeks and prior to travels, and the massage exceeded my expectations.)
Next level massage with Dr. Wanda. Goes without saying that this is not a hotel / spa relaxation massage (I'm sure they could do that well too) - this is professional treatment, real therapy. I've had a lot of professional massages in different disciplines, and never anywhere close to the level of power of precision I experienced here. It's right there in the name, "Impact" :) She will of course adjust as needed, but just know the ability is there to take this to a degree of intensity that I never knew was an option. AMAZING deep tissue massage!! One of the best I've ever had and my shoulders felt like air walking out of there.
Thao is an incredibly adept masseuse - thorough, sensitive to your needs (even the ones you aren’t aware of), thorough and a friendly and kind person. Highly recommend.
Kari listened to my needs and periodically checked on how I was doing with pressure. She was amazing!
