From the get go, Ross was open, honest, professional, courteous, and presented himself in such a way as quickly come to trust in his presentation and promise to do everything possible to get our mortgage pre-approved at a competitive rate. We did not get our home sold for several months, yet Ross kept in touch, displayed patience, and ultimately made the new mortgage happen. He crossed all the T's and made the income requirements and credit worthiness work to get our deal done and close on a new mortgage and new home for us.
