This programe saved my life thanks to my case manger Nathan Wilson.
They hire people with very little clean time, you have to get naked, squat and cough while they watch. There is a 45 day black out where you are not allowed to make ANY PHONE CALLS. Detox days do not count towards this, generally detox here lasted 14 days. So it’s actually like a 60 day black out of no outside contact what so ever. There are NO exceptions. My son went this this program, 5 years sober. Graduation was amazing, so proud of everyone that shared. I think the place is amazing, really turned my son around, he is doing great, working, happy. Thanks to Impact House.
I want to start of by saying I’m not reviewing the treatment team as a whole. Only the man that I spoke to on the phone. When I called to inquire about being admitted to their sober living, he was a bit condescending to the point where even my case manager told me to hang up the phone. I tried to tell him that while I may not be an addict, I have severe mental issues and at this stage in my life I really need to be in a strict/stable environment so that I don’t fall back into that typical “party college lifestyle” because us... read more
