Great service and friendly staff. Came in for shoulder pain. Highly recommend
2 stars because receptionist is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Otherwise it would be 1 star. I started seeing Anup for a hand injury in December. He doesn't ask for consent. I had to ask him to explain what the machines do and how they work, all while he was hooking me up. This is a BIG issue for me, as I have had bad experiences with health care professionals doing treatments without my informed and affirmative consent before. A lack of protest does NOT equal consent! I came to them with pregnancy pains in my lower hips and thighs and over the course of time we managed to get rid of them. Couldn't be happier with the service and the skilled hands. It's nice not to be in pain.
