Extremely Disappointed – Faulty Product and No Real Resolution We trusted this company with a small, custom, high-end order (10 menu holders for a hospitality client in Miami, totaling over $3,000) and were severely let down. I ordered 250 of Impacts Faux Leather Menus for our restaurant in NYC. Their in house design team were so knowledgeable and helped me design the perfect menu. Our menus can be easily wiped down, they are durable and our servers get compliments all the time!

Impact is fantastic! If you've ever eaten at a five-star restaurant or resort, chances are that you have held one of their one of a kind menus in your hand! I came to them with lots of ideas and they crafted a bespoke menu for me that exceeded anything I had imagined myself. Their impeccable eye and attention to detail elevated my menus, and the experience of my patrons when they order. The designers and salespeople are incredibly thoughtful and experienced. They also shipped my product super fast!
