Tellers are consistently rude when asked to process any transactions either in person or by phone. One time, someone might be having a bad day, 3 or more times, with different staff, it's a way of business. Once when a teller made a mistake, customer was blamed for "not being more clear" and teller did not want to fix mistake because it was inconvenient for her. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES! None of the tellers act like they care about their customers or their jobs.
