Allie is amazing!! She is so intuitive and tuned in to the body, is happy to work at varying levels of pressure/intensity, and is so kind and sweet. I felt safe within minutes of my first session and left feeling so loosened up and wonderful (and as an athlete, I carry a lot of tense muscles!)!
