So I just got off the phone again. The rude receptionist on the phone said she told him the new med needed to be sent and the pharmacy said it'd be covered, so I asked what he said and she said he hasn't sent it yet because he's the only provider on today? Anyways no new med sent and its almost been an hour. I'm not kidding I've seen this office operate better plum full of patients with 2-3 providers on. I am very upset. Listen, word to the wise, skip the provider Chuck at all costs, and Sunday's. I got there 30 minutes early, but he was almost 10 minutes late to the appointment. Michelle checked me in, friendly as always, 15 minutes before my appointment. No one else was in yet. Before my appointment I got to hear him down the hall wrongfully correct her after she tried to correct him about my meds. He still got it wrong and this poor girl told him twice in front of me that I had stopped all but one med. It was a very odd e... read more
In and out no long wait. When you have an appointment you're seen no doubt booking. Not rushed out you are not just seen but you are heard too.
