I can’t even begin to express my disgust and disappointment. If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked iMover to help with our relocation, speaking to Michael eight weeks before our settlement. He assured me it would only take two hours to load up, so I scheduled them for 12 PM, as we had our home settlement booked for 2pm. Overall the experience was really good But one of the team member I think his name was ALEX was just standing inside the truck for the whole moving process and passing the stuff to the other team members Looks like he was just running away from lifting heavy furniture
