Jill is great and personable. She did a good job but be prepared to have to deal with multiple people in your loan process. Sometimes it gets a little confusing. I think the loan was fair but they do not offer a lock and lower rate if the rates drop by the time you close….can't even pay for it. they worked well with the realtor and title company. imortage it seems is the same as LoanDepot. The loan servicing is NOT good. They have service segregation so you are forced to deal with multiple entities for different area; e.g., ... read more
