We had such an amazing experience from Imogen and her team who stepped in last minute to help us. They were incredibly prompt with replies, kept us updated with how things were progressing and were always happy to answer our questions and clarify things for us. They also informed us of banks that offered home loans that we were eligible for based on our careers which saved us some money which we had not been made aware of by previous brokers!
