Is the absolute worst plasma donation center I have ever been to. There Is no customer service. The staff not serving people. They are standing around talking. Donors are left waiting for hours.
Better than they used to be when they were called immunotek. Now they're under new ownership & changed their name. Everything runs a lot smoother now. But it's been 2x that they forgot to put the money on my card. I'll call them when I get home. But I highly recommend this place. Be sure to get there b4 3pm being that they give u a bonus of $5 on top of what u make. All the places are paying $100 for the first several donations since covid hit from what I hear.

Just very unprofessional compared to every other plasma donation center I've been to. However, I have to rewrite this entire review. This place has really made a 180 in terms of service and professionality. I actually enjoy going here now. So many less people now too.
