Had an excellent experience with JIHANE for my wife’s PR application. From document prep to submission, She made it stress-free. Jihane was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept us updated every step. Approved in months. Highly recommend for spousal sponsorship cases in Montreal. Thank you!
I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. I was asked to pay additional fees for services that were part of the agreement. As a result, I chose to end the engagement. I wasted a lot of money on almost nothing. Very disappointing.
We tried to connect from the website scheduling tool. None of the consultant are available till May 2026. Also the firm doesn't have any space for customers to log their requirement!! Not a customer first approach!
Incredibly disappointed. Spent nearly $200 for a ten-minute phone call (Mr. Singer was also five minutes late to the meeting), only for him to condescendingly discourage our relocation. He offered no real suggestions and basically told me to get lost. "There are many countries you can move to... it doesn't need to be Canada." Message received, Mr. Singer.
