Horrible customer service. As a professional in the hospitality industry I found it ridiculous how much of my time was wasted waiting for my supposed tax filing . Maria was condescending and sarcastic and strung me along for a week only to tell me she's actually done nothing and they only file in person but gave me the option to file online anyway. Thanks for wasting my time Gracias.
