One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I came to this office seeking help for my mother and had my 3-month-old baby with me. Because the office was full, I waited patiently for almost two hours, hoping to simply get some basic information about the passport services they offer nothing more, just the cost, what the process includes, and how they communicate updates. Im extremely pleased with the help Immigrant Resource Center gave me. I needed help with my sons petition paper work and this office assisted with preparing my case.
If I could give zero star I would. If rude was a person, that would be the gentleman I met there. Greedy at the top of it because sir would charge for any little extra thing. I went there with my completed form because I couldn’t process it online and I wasn’t sure about the address to mail it to. He said he would charge me $250 for the correct address and verify if I have everything right. Told me I had underestimated what I was getting myself into and told me good luck on that.
