IRCC’s service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Despite applying well in advance and clearly explaining a family emergency, my TRV application has been stuck “in process” for months. Multiple web forms were submitted with zero response. I am writing this review on the day of my flight, without my passport. This experience shows a complete lack of urgency, empathy, and communication. Very disappointing.
I just lost all my questions, that seem to have disappeared with the form that disappeared also.
No phone number or email address to contact office.
