I definitely suggest Sam! We went to Sam to get my sister and brother-in-law's work visas. The officer dismissed their petitions for several absurd grounds, but he did not stop there. Sam challenged the decision and continued to assist us throughout the process, including a lawyer recommended by Sam for the appeal. It took about three years from the start of paperwork to the day we won the case, with a lot of running around and disappointments along the way, but it was all worthwhile in the end.
Consultation with Sam was great ! He gave me specific instructions on how to secure documents I needed to verify my permanent residence status in 2 days. I had spent 2 very frustrating months trying to address it in my own unsuccessfully before meeting with him. Definitely recommend!
