I highly recommend Attorney Catherine at the Gaithersburg office! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly takes the time to explain every step of the immigration process. She pays attention to every detail, stays up to date on immigration laws, and gives you so much reassurance throughout your case.

It truly hurts to give 1 star. I actually like the attorney. I just didn’t like excuses or “reasons” why my case was handled the way it was. I was told if I don’t take her up soon then she would not work with me because she needs atleast 2 weeks to prepare. Which sounded good. I went ahead and paid. Then within 48 hours sent ALL docs needed. I did the leg work to get info from MVA, election boards etc. I was told her and two other attorneys will review and work on my case(owner of law firm) Really it was a paralegal. Estoy muy agradecida con la abogada Catherine Motolenich Torres por ayudarme con el proceso y llenar la forma de permiso de salida para mi abuela. Fue muy amable, profesional y paciente en todo momento. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarme cada detalle y asegurarse de que todo estuviera correctamente preparado. En mi experiencia no los recomiendos. No son personas empaticas, no son amables y muy poco profesionales. El tal abogado que me atendio via telefonica en la oficina, me atendio a mi y a mi esposo con una actitud un poco grosera. Un abogado estä para defender y ayudar al cliente. Pero no todos los abogados tienen la experiencia y el amor para ayudar al cliente. Lastimosamente estas personas son unas de ellas. Y tan solo fuí para orientación sobre el.caso de mi esposo. Pero no los recomiendo.
