Doesn't know how to answer the phone, hire an employee to take calls already.
I called Anna’s office in regards to needing guidance with going to the Philippines to visit family and having a felony on my record from 2009. She was very insightful and helpful. She directed and sent over information for me to continue getting help with applying for a visa and passport. I appreciate her time as she walked me through the legalities of the process at hand. Anna provided such great information when asked about immigration. She answered and explained the process very well and provided information I was not aware of. Anna did not dance around the questions, she was very direct with her answers. Anna was 5 steps ahead of me when my mind was spinning.
