I wish I could have a button to say , she doesn’t deserve the one star. Just waste of time. This woman does not listen.
My husband and I did an extensive search for an immigration attorney, we found Anna through a good recommendation but from the beginning she did not give me a good impression, she made an appointment with us for more than an hour and a half and she just went in circles the whole time, never getting a concrete answer, it does not seem like she has any knowledge of the subject and knows 100% of what she is talking about, after that appointment she charged us $300 for just talking more than necessary, she told us that if we wan... read more
Horrible customer service over the phone, whoever i spoke to spoke with some sort of pride and didn't seem The least bit interested in the actual case but only interested in what she was going to get out of it monetarily. Never met her in person, but based off first impression i would not recommend.
