I had a traffic ticket that was appealed. My attorney explained the officer had no interest in the appeal and was also transferring to another part of the state. Therefore since the prosecutor did not want to drop the charges that had no constitutional merit, it would be in my best interest to appeal. I do not recommend this firm the lawyer I had was irresponsible and did not care about our case. I tried numerous times to contact her and was never able to reach her. She was careless and due to her negligence our case was never closed. It was left as if my husband wasn’t worth the fight. Not only that!!! due to communication on top of that he ended up getting another charge that basically cost him his future. So now…not only did his case not close but my husband was taken from me. Jeanne Brown was my attorney on a reckless driving charge & several other charges in Prince William County.
